What is your Return Policy?

SPARKLEBARN is a small business with tight margins, and so we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. At the same time, we want to make sure you love your purchase and we will work with you to make any adjustments before the sale.

What is your Rental Policy?

If you are in the Seattle area, consider SPARKLEBARN for your short-term furniture rental needs. We provide stunning vintage furnishings for photoshoots, commercials and home staging at a flat daily rate. Get in touch with us by email to let us know your needs and we can curate the perfect backdrop for you.

What condition are the items in?

Ninety-five percent of the items that we sell are vintage and used goods. While we strive to restore and mend them, they may still carry previous markings from their previous lives.

Where do you deliver?

For in-store purchases, we are able to facilitate delivery to the greater Seattle area at an additional cost. You can also order from our online store to have items delivered anywhere.

Can I customize the upholstery of one of your pieces of furniture?

Yes you can! In our ‘Behind the Barn Door’ series, we feature our work-in-progress pieces that are in need of new upholstery. If you contact us before we upholster the item, we can work with you on customizing it.

Can you help me find a specific item?

Yes, we’re happy to. Please send us an email with what you are looking for and we will keep an eye out for it.

Do you buy furniture from customers?

We are always looking for great furniture. Please send us an email with some photos of the pieces you are looking to sell. Note that we only buy pieces outright and do not have a consignment option.

I would like to display my artwork at SPARKLEBARN?

We are always looking for local Seattle artists as potential candidates to fill our walls. Please email us with samples of your artwork and we will get back to you.
